GUEST CLARIFICATION NOTICE
This Clarification Notive has been prepared by Aksa Tourism Enterprises Inc. in its capacity as the data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”), the relevant legal regulations, and the universal principles of personal data protection, in order to inform you about the personal data we process.
1. Processed Personal Data and Scope of Processing
Personal data is any data that identifies or may identify you. For example, your name, surname, eye colour, phone number, or bank account information are personal data. The processing of your personal data refers to any action performed on your data, such as obtaining, modifying, recording, storing, deleting, disclosing, or transferring.

2. Your special personal data processed and the scope of processing
Special categories of personal data include individuals' race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, clothing and attire, association, foundation, or union membership, health information, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.
Special categories of personal data are those which, if disclosed to third parties, may lead to discrimination or victimization of the data subject. Therefore, we recognize that such data require stricter protection and exercise a high level of sensitivity during their processing.

4. Retention Period of Your Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or as long as required by the purposes of processing. If the legal grounds requiring data processing cease to exist, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized either ex officio or upon your request.
5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
Data subject refers to the real persons whose personal data is processed. As the data subject, under the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- If personal data are processed, requesting information in this regard,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data, and if such data are used in accordance with the intended purpose,
- Know the third persons within the country or abroad, to whom personal data is transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
- Request the notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred regarding the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Request the notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred regarding the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, as well as the deletion or destruction of personal data upon request,
- Object to a result, which is to the disadvantage of the person after processed data are analysed exclusively by means of automatic systems,
- Requesting the compensation of the losses as a result of the illegal processing of personal data.
6. Methods to be Followed to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit your applications and requests regarding your personal data to the Organization through the Relevant Person Application Form by;
- Sending it to the address Rüzgarlıbahçe, Özalp Street No:10, 34805 Kavacık – Beykoz/Beykoz/Istanbul along with a wet signature and a copy of your identity card,

- By personally applying to the Rüzgarlıbahçe, Özalp Street No:10, 34805 Kavacık – Beykoz/Beykoz/Istanbul address with a valid identity document You may forward it to the Organization.
To ensure the most effective processing of your request, you should clearly and explicitly indicate which right you wish to exercise and provide details regarding the requested action.
We would like to emphasize that, the subject of the request must pertain to the relevant individual. If an application is made on behalf of another person, the applicant must provide a notarized power of attorney specifically authorizing them for the requested action. Unauthorized applications will not be considered.
7. Evaluation of Your Application
We evaluate your applications and respond to you as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date your request reaches us.
